1. About BetSuggest AI

BetSuggest AI ("we", "us", "our") is a subscription-based sports analytics and intelligence platform operated by BSAI Software Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at 20 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU, United Kingdom. We combine intelligent technology with structured sports research to produce informational insights across football and horse racing. We are not a bookmaker, betting exchange, tipster, or financial advisor, and we do not accept, place, or settle wagers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to view sports betting content and to gamble in your jurisdiction. By creating an account or using the service you confirm both. We may suspend or terminate any account where this is not the case. The service is intended for users in the UK, Ireland and other regions where access is lawful; it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local law.

3. Nature of our content

All selections, confidence scores, statistics, write-ups and Telegram alerts are informational only. They are generated using a hybrid approach combining statistical modelling, historical performance data, form trends, market movement and human research. Outputs are provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranty — express or implied — of accuracy, profitability, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Any decision to stake money is made solely by you and at your own risk.

4. Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@betsuggest.ai if you suspect unauthorised access. One account per person. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing our content (including in private Telegram or Discord groups) is prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund.

5. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

Paid plans renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout (typically monthly) using your selected payment method, until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current paid period and is not pro-rated. Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes where required. We may change pricing for future renewals on at least 14 days' notice.

6. Refunds

Because content is delivered immediately upon subscription, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal (where it would otherwise apply under UK or EU consumer law) is lost once delivery has begun. Refunds are otherwise issued only at our discretion, for example in cases of duplicate billing or a confirmed technical fault preventing access.

7. Affiliate promotions

Some links to bookmakers on our Promotions page are affiliate links. If you sign up or stake via these links we may receive a commission at no extra cost to you. Promotions are run by third-party bookmakers and are subject to their own terms; we are not responsible for their offers, odds, or operation.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape, reverse engineer, automate, or circumvent any part of the platform, and not to use the service for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to revoke access where misuse is suspected.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BSAI Software Ltd, its directors and staff shall not be liable for any losses — including but not limited to gambling losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages — arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or that pose a risk to other users or the integrity of the service.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, save that consumers resident in another UK nation may bring proceedings in their local courts.
