Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to all paid subscriptions to BetSuggest AI (Premium monthly and Lifetime VIP), purchased through our checkout, and supplements our Terms of Service.
1. Digital content — immediate delivery
BetSuggest AI is a digital service. Signals, analysis and Telegram alerts are delivered immediately upon subscription. By completing checkout you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (regulation 37), your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal is lost once delivery has begun.
2. Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period has begun. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues until the end of the current paid period. We do not pro-rate partial months.
3. Lifetime VIP
Lifetime VIP is a one-off payment for ongoing access. Because content is delivered immediately, Lifetime VIP purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or as described in section 4 below.
4. Discretionary refunds
We will issue a full or partial refund in the following situations:
- Duplicate billing — you were charged twice for the same period.
- Confirmed technical fault on our side that prevented you from accessing the service for a sustained period and could not be remedied.
- Unauthorised payment — your card was charged without your authorisation (please also contact your bank).
- Accidental purchase — refund requested within 24 hours of purchase, where no signals have been viewed or acted on.
5. How to request a refund
Email contact@betsuggest.ai from the email address on your account with the subject line "Refund request" and a short description of the reason. We aim to respond within 3 working days. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank — most issues can be resolved directly and faster. Unjustified chargebacks may result in permanent suspension of your account.
7. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a service we provide is not as described or not performed with reasonable care and skill, you are entitled to a remedy under those laws.
